Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST ship the same business day. Orders placed after this time will ship the next business day.

Lost Packages
If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier before delivery, we will reship your order at no extra cost. If tracking shows delivery, reshipment depends on the carrier investigation results.
